We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

We accept secure online payments, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other payment methods available during checkout. Orders are confirmed after successful payment or confirmation of COD orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

While we aim for timely delivery, State of Fragrances is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

  • At least 90% of the perfume remains in the bottle.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging and condition.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
